Every Valiente experience includes a fully equipped mobile espresso bar, professional on-site barista service, handcrafted hot and iced espresso beverages, choice of whole and oat milk, decaf options, two house-syrup flavors thoughtfully selected for your event, Chai tea, one tea option, hot/cold chocolate, lids, cups.

Yes. Every event is different, and beverage offerings can be customized based on the style, atmosphere, and needs of your gathering. Additional specialty beverages, seasonal offerings, cold foam upgrades, toppings, alternative milks, and non-coffee options may also be added to your experience.

Valiente arrives fully equipped and requires a relatively small footprint for setup. Our typical setup requires approximately a 6’ × 6’ footprint. Additional space may be needed depending on the event layout and selected services.

Yes. Valiente is available for select events outside our primary service area depending on location, schedule availability, and travel accommodations.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and larger events. As a general guideline, one month is ideal for weddings and high-demand dates, while smaller gatherings may be accommodated with as little as 72 hours' notice, depending on availability.

Beyond serving coffee, every experience is designed around hospitality, atmosphere, and meaningful guest interaction through refined presentation, handcrafted 100% Arabica Colombian Coffee beverages, and a warm, welcoming presence throughout your event.

Access to two standard 120V outlets is recommended. Alternative power solutions may be available depending on the event location.
